Our Team
We have a network of consultants worldwide many of whom we have been working with for the several years. We believe in nurturing our team of people and in supporting them to the highest possible degree in the work they do for us.
All our consultants are highly experienced in terms of their training and their professional background. They have lived or conduct regular business trips and extended business tours of the countries they deliver training on. Importantly, they are interculturally sensitive to personal and cultural issues, assignee concerns and (where appropriate) the family needs. Further, they not only have a high level of knowledge and expertise on the target country but also have a similar level of familiarity with the country or origin of the assignee. Lastly, they have excellent facilitation skills so as to be able to manage the sensitive process of running intercultural training and development programmes for global organisations.
