A UK national, Tom has worked with numerous multinational corporations and managed critical international HR projects in the areas of global leadership, change, intercultural communication, diversity, team performance and people development. As an experienced international trainer/facilitator, he has worked with executives and staff at every level from top team to front line. During his career, Tom has managed and facilitated workshops in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Turkey, UAE, Egypt, Tunisia, Cote d'Ivoire, Iran, Pakistan, Mexico and the USA.
