Nina
Nina specialises in international management training, indoor and
outdoor team development and virtual team training and coaching. Her work
within Germany for the corporate world includes firms such as Siemens, BMW,
Microsoft, WL Gore & Associates, Beiersdorf, West LB and Airbus.
Internationally, she has been working recently with ABB in Shanghai and has lead Chinese/German Teambuilding Events for Siemens. She has worked extensively in Denmark for Ferring pharmaceuticals, developing intercultural awareness and training managers of international teams and in Italy for Enel, Italia, facilitating a junior International management program. Nina has been teaching intercultural awareness at the University of Passau since 2001. Fluent in both English and German, her training courses can be conducted in either the English or German language. She is also a licensed International Profiler Management Coach.
